• Minimum 5 years in power industry transmission planning and/or energy market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff coaching, training and performance management.
• Review and approve staff timesheets and leave requests.
• Assign, schedule and review work of department staff.
• On-the-job training and mentoring employees.
• Develop and maintain production cost models for the ERCOT System.
• Coordinate with System Planning and Operations; represent ERCOT in stakeholder forums.
