Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Senior Manager of eCommerce Strategic Planning to build multiyear plans and accurate forecasts for US eCommerce. You will drive performance against the plan, coordinate weekly reviews, and present updates to the executive team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end product lifecycle planning, inventory management for eCommerce, and collaboration with finance, merchandising, and site operations to optimize sell-through and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of planning, finance, strategy experience in a retail environment or consulting.
• Experience with Retail/eCommerce KPIs and merchandising systems/applications.
• Experience leading a planning team within retail/ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own the multiyear planning cycles for the U.S. E-Commerce business and lead the buying process.
• Build future years product forecasts for all categories through the monthly PQ process.
• Partner with Finance to understand the monthly P&L and link forecast to the business plan.
• Lead the weekly sales meeting and communicate updates to executives and key stakeholders.
• Plan and secure inventory for eCommerce via bulk orders and direct transfers; monitor sell-through.
