Job summary

GHX is seeking an Implementation Consultant III to manage the implementation of GHX products for provider customers in the United States. You will lead end-to-end project lifecycle, deliver training, and ensure high utilization and client satisfaction.

You will review data sets in Excel/Access, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and identify process improvements. The role requires healthcare IT or supply chain experience, strong data, system integration knowledge, and up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in an implementation or project management role in a healthcare IT or supply chain organization
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery and system to system integration
• Strong understanding of data structures, system integration, materials management, supply chain and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay and supply chain operations
• Ability to interpret business needs with the goal of implementing products that will meet or exceed customer’s goals and objectives
• Ability to leverage AI-powered supply chain analytics tools to drive client insights and outcomes, with a proven aptitude for quickly adopting emerging AI technologies and coaching customers on their effective use
• Have a growth mindset and share that passion with team members to create processes that improve delivery and customer experience
• Ability to excel in a high energy, collaborative team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% annually.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focus. The Implementation Consultant III implements GHX products in accordance with the scope of work sold to the customer. The entire project lifecycle is supported through product go live and a period of post go live support. The goal is to strive for excellence in delivery, ensure customers receive value and achieve high degrees of utilization from GHX products and services.
• Product Implementation. Leads instructor-led training sessions on GHX products and applications. Collaborates and executes on test plans through system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and pre-go-live testing.
• Data Analysis. The products that the Implementation Consultant III will be supporting are very data dependent. As such an ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Excel and Access and be able to review data sets for completeness and provide feedback to both the customer and internal development teams when gaps are found.
• Project Management. Maintain and communicate project status to identify progress, risk and mitigate delays. Coordinate and collaborate with other scrum teams and internal departments to ensure customer objectives are met.
• Process Improvement. Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities that optimize delivery results and achieve greater customer satisfaction.
• Documentation. Ability to create, organize and maintain implementation documentation. Work with team members to assign shared ownership in keeping documentation and project plans current.
