Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds seeks an Ecommerce Digital Retoucher to lead jewelry photo retouching that matches our brand standards. You will enhance images for ecommerce, adjust tone, color, and brightness, and manage assets in the server DAM.

Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies ensures consistent customer experience across campaigns. We value strong color judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple projects in a hybrid on-site role with regular collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Photography or related field required.
• 10+ years of retouching experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Suite (Bridge, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator and Dreamweaver).
• Jewelry/macro photography retouching experience is a plus.
• Strong color perception and high accuracy in edits.

Responsibilities

• Enhances image quality and consistency per brand style guides.
• Manages asset workflow from capture to delivery to DAM.
• Creates prints/ proofs for design reviews with senior staff.
• Meets project timelines and maintains style and color accuracy.
• Develops unique retouching techniques and processes.
• Limited video editing and reformatting as needed.
