King Living Inc. is seeking a senior US digital-commerce leader with full ownership of the online business. You will drive trading, merchandising, CRO, and platform optimization across the US eCommerce channel from a remote base in Southern California with showroom presence in Costa Mesa.
You will own the commercial result, work with a lean, AI-first team, and report on metrics like revenue, margin and customer lifetime value, while coordinating with international teams and external partners.
Own and grow King Living's US eCommerce business — a high-autonomy digital commerce leadership role.
This is not just a senior digital role where you manage agencies and present dashboards.
This is a high-autonomy commercial builder role with full ownership of King Living's US online business — the plan, the levers, the evidence, and the results. The US has three beautiful showrooms, a growing brand presence, and an online channel that is a fraction of its potential. Your job is to change that trajectory, stage by stage, with clear economics and the investment cases to back each unlock.
You will be King Living's senior dedicated US digital-commerce leader — supported by specialist teams in Australia, US showroom and customer teams, and external partners. The operating model is deliberately lean and AI-first: media, inventory, platform, creative and fulfilment capacity scale with proven demand. You will operate remotely within Southern California, with regular presence at the Costa Mesa showroom.
The ambition is significant and the package is built to match — People who build something real here will be paid like it.
If you are a commercially driven, AI-first digital commerce leader who wants genuine ownership of a market and the upside that comes with building it — this is the role for you.
Run the daily and weekly US trading calendar across categories, product stories, pricing, promotions and page hierarchy — owning the US online forecast and weekly trading readout across traffic, conversion, AOV, net sales, returns and contribution.
Build a disciplined CRO programme across landing pages, product pages, search, navigation, checkout and post-purchase — prioritising tests by commercial value and reading the results directly.
Work hands-on in Salesforce Commerce Cloud — diagnosing what can be changed directly, writing excellent development briefs for structural work, and leveraging the broader Salesforce ecosystem where it adds value.
Partner on lifecycle strategy, segmentation, triggered journeys and retention — ensuring acquisition converts into long-term customer value through clienteling and repeat purchase.
Work with Marketing and agencies on traffic quality, paid media efficiency, landing experiences and attribution — and challenge spend that does not create profitable demand.
Connect the website and US showrooms through local campaigns, events, appointment pathways and shared customer insight — without blurring channel measurement.
Translate digital demand into inventory priorities, protect hero product availability, and turn customer and trading evidence into clear investment cases with expected returns and decision gates.
You will likely come from a senior eCommerce, digital commerce or omnichannel role at a premium, high-consideration or lifestyle consumer brand in the US — with direct ownership of the commercial result and the numbers to prove it. What matters most is your commercial track record, your AI-first working style, and your ability to build a business with discipline and pace while communicating cleanly with a remote HQ across time zones.
You are a commercially sharp, hands-on digital commerce leader who sets an exceptional pace — and wants to own something that becomes a much bigger job as it grows.
King Living is actively embracing AI across the business to remove friction, increase visibility and accelerate decision making. We are looking for people who are curious, open-minded and excited by the opportunity to use AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks and create more time for creative thinking and innovation. You do not need to be an AI expert — but you should have the mindset and willingness to adopt new tools that help us move faster and work smarter.

$140,000–$160,000 base salary plus a written incentive plan tied directly to US online revenue milestones. The better the market performs, the better you are paid.
Own the US eCommerce number end to end — the plan, the levers, the investment cases and the results — with the autonomy to build without waiting for permission.
Work within a business that actively embraces AI as a genuine force multiplier — not a buzzword. You will be expected to use it, push it, and help define what it means for digital commerce at King Living.
