Job summary

Connecticut State Colleges & Universities (CSCU) is seeking an ECM Senior System Administrator to manage imaging systems, forms workflows, and integrations across the CSCU system. You will lead process analyses, design enterprise solutions, and work with campus units and vendors to ensure compliant, scalable content management.

Based in Hartford, this full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of ECM/BI experience, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Management, or related subject.
• Six+ years of experience in planning, developing and operating ECM, imaging, workflow, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs system-wide ECM teams to standardize solutions for multiple colleges and universities across the system.
• Maintains and supports ECM applications at the system level in collaboration with customers and vendors.
• Designs and maintains disk groups, document types, keywords, and workflow queues for the CSCU system.
• Designs, implements, and maintains security schemes in line with system office standards.
• Oversees data flows, middleware, and metadata to ensure system connectivity and data integrity.
