Job summary

Just in Time GCP is seeking a Senior Consultant, eClinical Systems & Operational Enablement to help clients align clinical technology, processes, data, and regulatory expectations for inspection-ready systems. You will lead complex engagements and collaborate with Clinical Operations, Quality, IT, and data management to design and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant eClinical systems, clinical technology, or related regulated-industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams or defined engagements with substantial independence.
• Experience with Veeva Vault (Clinical, Quality) or comparable platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, data integrity, CSV expectations.
• Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex eClinical workstreams or defined engagements.
• Lead cross-functional workshops with clinical ops, quality, IT, data management, and vendors.
• Translate client needs into system requirements, workflows, data migration, and validation plans.
• Guide risks, dependencies, and delivery issues with sound judgment.
• Support scoping, proposals, and client presentations for eClinical services.
• Identify opportunities for technology-enabled services and communicate to leadership.
• Coach teams and drive improvements to delivery methods and tooling.
