Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum implementation, mentor peers, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and center staff to drive enrollment and program quality.

You will support the center's goals, build relationships with families and licensing authorities, and contribute to an inclusive, high-quality learning environment nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6 months of center-based ECE experience.
• Meet and maintain state requirement to supervise children alone.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Able to see, hear, and engage with children safely.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of KinderCare curriculum to fit each child's needs.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success by collaborating on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, and community.
