Job summary

Crystal Stairs, Inc. seeks a 100% onsite ECE Program Coordinator to lead Quality Start Los Angeles (QSLA), CCIP and related initiatives. You will supervise a team, manage contracts, build provider partnerships and ensure compliance across fiscal and programmatic requirements.

You will report to the R&R Program Manager, oversee trainings and services, and contribute to delivering high-impact early childhood services in the LA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Child Development/ Early Childhood Education required or related field; Master’s a plus.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory and project management experience in early childhood settings.
• Experience working with adult learners and diverse client populations; ability to coordinate cross‑agency collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer and monitor programs and budgets to ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate QSLA, CCIP, Resource Center, ECE trainings, and related special projects.
• Develop partnerships with child care providers and sustain stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee timely invoices, reports, records and audits for program operations.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, procurement, and data collection requirements.
• Lead staff through hiring, training, performance reviews and coaching.
