Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in early childhood education.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or leading educators preferred.
• Strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practice, and effective classroom management.
