Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years hands-on experience in early childhood education, including classroom teaching.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or leading educators preferred.
• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
