Job summary

Kids Planet Kettering is seeking a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator to join our team on an as-needed basis. You will help provide quality care and learning experiences, supporting children's development in line with EYFS, and collaborate with nursery teams to maintain routines.

This role offers flexible hours, opportunities for accredited training through KP Academy, and a friendly central support team. A DBS check and safeguarding commitment are required for all staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage or enthusiasm to learn more.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting development in line with EYFS.
• Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines in the nursery.
• Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
