Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Full Time Sr. Teacher in Wisconsin to lead the implementation of our curriculum while adapting to each child's needs.

You will mentor less experienced teachers, create a safe, nurturing learning environment, and partner with families and center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. This role supports our mission to deliver high-quality early education across communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of center-based ECE experience
• Meet & maintain the state-specific requirement to supervise children alone in a classroom
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
