Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher in Wisconsin. You will lead, coach, and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

You will partner with families, support enrollment and accreditation efforts, and collaborate with center staff to boost engagement and outcomes. A CDA or state-approved trainer credential is preferred, with 2–3 years in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or higher; CDA considered.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
