Job summary

Acquire4Hire seeks an early childhood education assistant to support ECE llls with daily activities and lesson planning, ensuring a safe, healthy learning environment. You’ll work closely with ECE teaching teams to guide practice and maintain compliance with licensing standards.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in ECE, Registry Level 12+, and at least three years of classroom experience, with a proven ability to serve diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Registry Level 12 or higher is required.
• Minimum of three years of classroom experience.
• Experience with a diverse population is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist ECE lll with daily activities and lesson planning to meet the needs of children in our care.
• Work under the direction of ECE lll and EHS/HS Coordinator to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
• Apply knowledge of early childhood education best practices to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for young children.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and caregivers, ensuring smooth transitions between classrooms and other settings.
• Support assessment of children’s development and provide input for bi-annual evaluations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to licensing regulations and best practices.
