Job summary

S&P Global’s Enterprise Data Organization seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture strategy across data and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). You will partner with senior leaders to align technology decisions with investment priorities.

You will shape principles, roadmaps, and governance, guide project teams, and ensure documentation. Requires 12+ years in enterprise architecture and a CS/IS degree; a Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

• Influence senior product, technology, and business leaders to align technology decisions with investment prioritization.
• Deep expertise in Data Architecture and Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strategic partnership across the data and software lifecycle to enable enterprise needs.
• Develop Points of View on technology trends and their impact on the business.
• 12+ years in enterprise architecture leading strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture guidance across enterprise domains and ensure alignment with standards.
• Develop architectural approach, principles, and manage large-scale transformation programs.
• Provide guidance for initiatives and solution designs, elevating decisions as needed.
• Document, publish, and communicate DAB decisions and architectural standards clearly.
• Identify gaps and improve architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and blueprints.
• Engage with central EA office to drive community engagement and knowledge sharing.
