Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior E-Discovery Application Administrator II to join the Legal Services team in Boston. This full-time role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing litigation support applications and databases to support federal agency workloads.

You will translate requirements into robust code, test and debug programs, and design user interfaces and reports. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential to succeed in this

Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Substantial hands-on programming experience in the systems environment being used.
• At least two years of directly applicable experience is required.
• At least three years of overall programming experience will generally be expected, including experience with large-scale database management systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred - preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, modify, and maintain a complex program.
• Translate program requirements into program code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs to process data in accordance with written specifications.
• Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces and implement standardized reports, and create and generate specialized and ad hoc reports as required.
