Job summary

CGS Federal in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior E-Discovery Application Administrator II to independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs for legal data processing and e-discovery workflows.

The role requires substantial hands-on programming experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate requirements into robust code. Preference for candidates with an undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Substantial hands-on programming experience in the systems environment being used.
• At least two years of directly applicable experience.
• At least three years of overall programming experience, including experience with large-scale database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs.
• Translate program requirements into program code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs to process data in accordance with written specifications.
• Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces; implement standardized reports and generate specialized and ad-hoc reports as required.
