Job summary

CGS Federal in the United States is seeking a Senior E-Discovery Application Administrator II to independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs that manage data flows for legal matters. You will translate requirements into code, test and debug processes, and optimize performance while producing standard and ad-hoc reports for internal use.

The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on programming with large-scale database systems, and a bachelor's degree in a computer

Qualifications

  • Requires U.S. citizenship and substantial hands-on programming experience.
  • Minimum two years of directly applicable experience.
  • At least three years of overall programming experience, including experience with large-scale DBMS.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, in computer science or information management.

Senior E-Discovery Application Administrator II

Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced

Department: Legal Services

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs.
  • Translate program requirements into program code.
  • Test, debug, and refine programs to process data in accordance with written specifications.
  • Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
  • Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces; implement standardized reports and generate specialized and ad-hoc reports as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Requires substantial, hands‑on programming experience in the systems environment being used.
  • At least two years of directly applicable experience.
  • At least three years of overall programming experience, including experience with large‑scale database management systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
Preferred Skills
  • Broad knowledge of Government’s IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server‑based databases and applications.
  • Supervisory or team‑leader experience.
  • Experience in automated litigation support.
