Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in professional e-commerce or commercial photography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial photography work.
• Ability to direct sets independently and mentor team members.
• Attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency in client-facing work.
• Proficiency with camera systems, lighting gear, and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Independently direct photography and video sets, including model, mannequin, and product shoots.
• Provide on-set leadership and set up workflows and daily work plans.
• Review visual content against client guides and specs for flawless execution.
• Set up, operate, and safely manage camera, lighting, grip, and related gear.
• Create reproducible lighting diagrams, templates, and set images for consistency.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge across the group.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand visual requirements and timelines.
• Participate in pre-production planning and post-shot reviews to improve efficiency.
