Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for eCommerce and Order Management. You will translate customer and business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering with development and QA within an SDLC framework.

This role is hybrid/fully remote with minimal travel and reports to the VP of Applications in IT. You will drive roadmap ownership, discovery sessions, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and IT to ensure

Qualifications

5-8+ years of business analysis or product owner experience across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory processes.
Experience working directly with external customers to gather, clarify, and prioritize enhancement requests.
Experience building and presenting enhancement roadmaps to leadership for approval.
Experience writing detailed business/functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Working experience in an Agile/Scrum framework with backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary business analyst contact for assigned enterprise customers and understand objectives, challenges, and enhancement needs.
Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to intake and validate requests.
Build and maintain an enhancement roadmap and present it to customer leadership for approval.
Prioritize requests based on value, impact, complexity, and risk; manage expectations and timelines.
