We are a growing health and wellness brand expanding across Southeast Asia and China. We are seeking a Senior E-Commerce Executive to support and grow our China market operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a keen understanding of China’s digital commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Singapore HQ and China-based teams to ensure alignment on branding and sales strategy.
  • Track e-commerce KPIs (e.g., ROI, conversion, inventory turnover) and conduct regular performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve workflow issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Analyze consumer and sales data from China platforms to drive performance improvements and localize strategies.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as KOL partnerships, livestreams, and Xiaohongshu content review.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or China market operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Tmall, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu, and ability to work with China-based teams.
