Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Software Engineer III to provide advanced support and development for enterprise applications, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and oversee integrations with other ERP systems.

Responsibilities include leading system upgrades, guiding technical decisions, and mentoring junior engineers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field with 5–8 years of experience.
Strong hands-on configuration and development within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and ERP integrations.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise systems and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 4 escalation support for enterprise applications and complex issues.
Design, develop, customize, and integrate D365 F&O solutions and workflows.
Lead upgrades, patching, regression testing and deployment activities.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
