Long View is seeking a Principal Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, to lead cross-branch D365 implementations from our Dynamics 365 Consulting Team. The role requires deep business and consulting insight to define solution architecture and guide functional/technical architects.
Base locations include Houston, Dallas or Denver with opportunities for travel. You will drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and advance organizational change management while
Qualifications
- 10+ years of industry experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- 5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
- Proven skills with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations presales and demos.
- Ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences in various formats.
- Proficiency in workshop facilitation ( envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions ).
- Self-motivation and drive to continuously improve skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations components.
- Lead cross-practice implementations and support architects.
- Focus on Organizational Change Management best practices.
- Qualify strategic business solutions and sales opportunities with account teams.
- Share learnings with the broader Long View team and collaborate across services.
- Keep current with industry certifications and partner technologies.
