Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to lead development, deployment, and production support of enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong coding expertise, experience managing CI/CD pipelines, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and system integrations.
• Own Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, CI/CD, ALM, and automated deployments.
• Manage solution architecture, version control, branching, and release processes.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain development quality.
• Handle production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Implement automated testing, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance.
