ICF is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to join the Corporate Information Technology (CIT) Department in Reston, VA. You will translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
• 7+ years hands-on experience designing, creating, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• 5+ years working on projects using Agile SDLC methodology.
• 5+ years working with Dynamics CRM security roles and application configuration.
• 5+ years managing Microsoft Power Platform environment.
• 5+ years implementing scripting solution using PowerShell, Python, .NET/C#, Javascript, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical owner and strategic advisor for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
• Partner with functional and business owners to support, improve and implement enterprise CRM solutions.
• Share and advocate for industry best practices (technical and functional solution patterns) related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design, test, implement, and support end-to-end CRM solutions, including integration, security, and scalability to meet business objectives.
• Maintain technology platform alignment with the Lead to Contract value stream.
• Actively participate in the full business development lifecycle from identifying opportunities to proposal development to contract award.
• Proactively engage with both engineers and business stakeholders to ensure project progression.
