Job summary

You will lead projects focused on developing advanced dynamic components and work closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in dynamic systems engineering and possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. This position offers a 9/80 work schedule and various benefits including PTO and vacation time.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of dynamic component experience required.
Direct experience with dynamic systems engineering such as design, analysis and manufacturing methods.
Responsibilities
Develop novel methods for designing and manufacturing dynamic components.
Create project charters and manufacturing readiness level roadmaps.
Interface with various engineers and represent the company in industry organizations.
Skills
Understanding of AGMA standards
Experience with gearbox manufacturing
Effective communication skills
Project management capabilities

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
