Job summary

MRSL Real-Time Systems Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer to research, design and implement advanced signal-processing algorithms for RF applications.

You will work as a principal investigator or within a small team of engineers to analyze signals, perform reverse engineering, and model complex systems. The role requires strong DSP background with experience in C/C++ and Python, plus desirable exposure to SDR, RF architectures and modern wireless protocols.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of DSP experience preferred.
• Experience with C/C++ and Python for algorithm implementation.
• Some Linux/open source tool chain experience desirable.
• Experience with SDR, baseband/RF architectures or wireless propagation modeling desirable.
• Familiarity with LTE, WCDMA, GSM, 802.11 or 802.16 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, design and implement advanced signal-processing algorithms in software for RF applications.
• Work as PI or within a small team of engineers.
• Perform RF signal and data analysis, reverse engineering, simulation and modeling.
• Implement algorithms in C/C++ and Python.
• Support transition of algorithms to real-time, high-performance production environments.
