Insight Global is seeking a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer to develop advanced DSP solutions for next‑generation defense systems. You will architect DSP systems, implement algorithms, and document designs from concept through validation.

The role requires strong DSP algorithms, communications theory, and C/C++ skills, with potential to obtain security clearance. You’ll collaborate across software, hardware, and systems teams on technically challenging problems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in DSP/communications; or Master’s with 6+ years; or PhD with 3+ years.
• Proficiency in advanced DSP algorithms.
• Proficiency in communications theory.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

• Architect and implement complex DSP systems for communication and sensing platforms.
• Develop and implement DSP algorithms and translate concepts into high-performance solutions.
• Prepare design documentation including requirements, specifications, test plans, and reports.
• Design experiments; analyze data to validate performance.
