Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA is seeking DSP Algorithms Engineers at Lead or Senior level to design and develop advanced space-based communication systems. You will work on satellite payloads, leading teams and collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders in a highly dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive DSP/communications experience, strong system engineering skills, and hands-on FPGA/ASIC exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in DSP/communications algorithms (equalization, coding/decoding, channel estimation).
• 3+ years with Matlab or Simulink.
• 5+ years of core digital communications and signal processing theory.
• 3+ years of systems engineering (requirements, verification, architecture).
• 1+ years with FPGAs or ASICs.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing RF and digital satellite communication systems.
• Developing and verifying multi-rate, fixed-point signal processing algorithms.
• Conducting performance analysis of signal processing models.
• Performing waveform development and characterization.
• Leading teams and IR&D activities.
