Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager or PM/Estimator hybrid.

• Experience managing projects $5M or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead drywall and interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project financial performance, protecting and improving margins.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and client communication.
