Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks a Dry Mechanical Project Manager/Superintendent for a large semiconductor manufacturing construction in Lafayette, Indiana. You will lead all dry mechanical installations, including cleanroom HVAC, subfab systems, and associated utilities, coordinating with EPCM partners and client representatives.

In this role you will drive design development, installation oversight, turnover documents, and commissioning support, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in mechanical construction for semiconductor fabs or high-tech facilities.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor HVAC, cleanroom requirements, and process utilities.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, P&IDs, and BIM models.
• Experience coordinating with EPCM partners and mechanical subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multi-trade coordination and drive field execution to schedule targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise on cleanroom HVAC and dry mechanical concepts.
• Lead installation of AHUs, RTUs, ductwork, exhaust, and chilled water systems.
• Oversee design coordination for cleanroom airflow and tool hookups.
• Support energy efficiency and system optimization requirements.
• Assist with model reviews and constructability checks using 3D models.
• Review mechanical specs, installation standards, and pipe rack designs.
• Coordinate with EPCM teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and document deviations.
