As a Senior Dry Etch Process Engineer at Micron-Boise, ID, you will be primarily responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality, drive process yield improvements, reduce costs, boost productivity, manage risks, and resolve manufacturing line problems. You will work closely with multi‑functional teams to tackle process issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield.

Responsibilities

• Strong process area knowledge
• Experience with DRAM development and manufacturing
• Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to identify and resolve issues affecting production
• Use project‑management skills to complete milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps
• Drive improvements across all SPC (statistical process control) charts that you own

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience as Process Owner within Dry Etch
• BS or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Equivalent military experience
• AAS with 5+ years of industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a meticulous approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
