Openkrill is seeking a highly experienced Senior Freelance Drupal Developer for a 70-day temporary replacement contract. You will own advanced front-end and back-end tasks, build custom modules, fine-tune site configurations, and manage third-party integrations.

Qualifications

• Write, review, and implement highly complex custom Drupal modules and hooks.
• Build and maintain high-performance, responsive Drupal themes using Twig, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Configure and optimize Drupal core, contributed modules, complex views, taxonomy, and content types.
• Diagnose deep technical bugs, execute secure core/module updates, and optimize website performance during the coverage period.
• Deliver clean, secure, and well-documented code that strictly follows Drupal coding best practices.

SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGIES

• Experience: 13+ years of professional web development experience, with an extensive and proven track record in Drupal 9 / 10.
• Expert‑level knowledge of PHP, OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), and MySQL/MariaDB database management.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, modern JavaScript, and Twig templating engines.
• Deep familiarity with professional Git workflows, Composer dependency management, and Drush.
