Qualifications

• 7+ years of event planning experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading complex internal events and major congresses.
• Proven experience managing a team of event planning professionals.
• Experience managing events in the U.S. and internationally.
• CTSM or CMP certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of assigned Commercial Events.
• Partner with Commercial and Medical business leads to align event strategy with brand plans.
• Lead planning for priority Tier 1 and Tier 2 Congresses and related activities.
• Provide onsite leadership and real-time issue resolution; weekend support may be required.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and compliance with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement of event planning processes and technologies.
