Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; Biomedical or Mechanical engineering preferred.
• Senior role requires 5+ years of device development experience.
• Experience with design history file management (21 CFR 820.30)
• Experience with delivery device branding/marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence drug-device combination product scenario planning across programs.
• Research and analyze drug delivery system trends and patient/user needs to identify opportunities.
• Perform feasibility evaluations and due diligence with external partners.
• Lead early-stage drug delivery system design with cross-functional teams.
• Generate insights from user studies to inform portfolio decisions.
• Maintain continuous improvement to ensure safety, efficacy, and timely delivery of commitments.
• Represent Regeneron at industry meetings and forums.
• Demonstrate strong communication and alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage projects across multiple functional teams.
