Job summary

Unusual Machines, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead drone motor assembly and quality-focused production across multiple shifts. You will coach frontline supervisors, implement standard operating procedures, and drive continuous improvement to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in manufacturing, production operations, electronics assembly or a similar technical setting.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders to drive performance.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Commitment to workplace safety and ESD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline supervisors across drone motor assembly, inspection, testing, and production.
• Provide operational flexibility with rotation across three shifts and weekly scheduling.
• Drive accountability by setting expectations and measuring performance for productivity, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Manage production performance to meet schedules and output targets without compromising quality.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback, and development plans.
• Enforce SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing processes across teams.
