Shermco seeks a Senior Drives Engineer to provide expert start-up, commissioning, maintenance and repair of low and medium voltage VFD systems onsite at customer locations. The role requires collaboration with NETA technicians, clear communication with customers, and occasional overnight travel.

Formación

• Requires 2-year electrical tech degree or equivalent; a B.S. is preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safe high-voltage work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with other NETA technicians across diverse equipment.
• Lead start-up, commissioning, preventative maintenance, installation and repair of low/medium voltage VFD systems onsite.
• Communicate troubleshooting analyses and recommendations to customers for approval.
• Lead drives system work to meet customer satisfaction and project goals.
• Occasional overtime and domestic travel; some overnight assignments may occur.
