Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license preferred (MA reciprocity acceptable).
• 15–25 years of relevant municipal drinking water project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal drinking water projects from capital planning through design and construction.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships while overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Oversee preparation and review of engineering reports, studies, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Apply technical expertise in drinking water systems to guide project teams and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients, regulators, and project partners; identify opportunities for clients' evolving needs.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and new or existing client relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers and technical staff.
• Participate in professional organizations and industry events to grow the Drinking Water Program.
