Design sufficient blast patterns in order to maintain blasted inventory ahead of production (i.e. generate target feed for mining equipment). Blasted inventory is successfully maintained ahead of production.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors in order to change blast holes on site in a timely manner per daily schedule. Document responsibility

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
Bachelor's Degree of Geologist
