Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in dredging, marine construction, or heavy civil marine work.
• 8+ years of direct dredging project leadership strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of dredge operations, marine equipment, and survey workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of dredging projects from award to final acceptance.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with full accountability for schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Mentor Project Managers and Engineers.
