Responsibilities

Prepare for new DRAM products and coordinate resources, testing, and analysis over the lifecycle of the product. Run simulations, create and maintain design documentation, analyze parametric data and respond to failures. Work with various Engineering and Manufacturing groups to troubleshoot, develop and validate device testing programs, identify and validate lab equipment needs, and modify tests for customer returns and programs to meet specific product requirements. Act as a product‑specific point of contact and collaborate with Application Engineers to evaluate and provide feedback on data sheets and with Quality Assurance to ensure product reliability. Work with Process Integration Engineering (PIE) to create and maintain design documentation and complete design introduction checklists. Identify PE lab equipment needs. Telecommuting may be available part‑time.

Education and Experience

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
