Jobot in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Drainage/Transportation Engineer to lead drainage and stormwater design for transportation infrastructure, including highways, roadways, bridges and multimodal facilities, with a 60% business development and 40% hands-on rôle in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, a PE license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity), and 10+ years of transportation drainage, stormwater or water resources experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
  • 10+ years of transportation drainage, stormwater, or water resources engineering experience.
  • Experience delivering transportation projects for state and local transportation agencies.
  • Strong expertise in drainage design, hydraulic analysis, stormwater management, and permitting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and complex engineering projects.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering staff.
  • Support client development activities and represent the firm at industry events as needed.
