Stryker Corporation in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager, Downstream Marketing to lead the Neurosurgical portfolio strategy and marketing programs. You will shape product direction, pricing, packaging, and advertising while guiding a team through the product lifecycle.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in medical devices or marketing, with MBA preferred. You will build cross-functional partnerships, analyze market needs, and drive customer engagement through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of work experience required.
MBA preferred.
7+ years of medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred.
4+ years of people management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy.
Be responsible for the marketing plan: its creation and execution.
Challenge the team to employ segmentation, targeting, and positioning methods.
Identify opportunities to modify pricing strategy based on market conditions and product lifecycle.
Understand P&L.
Develop relationships with industry/market thought leaders and institutions.
Establish metrics to determine if marketing objectives are met.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement breakthrough solutions.
Develop employees and manage performance within the team.
