Job summary

Acro Service Corp. seeks a Senior Supervisor to lead a downstream biomanufacturing team in a cGMP environment. You will oversee production activities including chromatography, filtration, viral reduction, and fill/finish, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.

You will coach staff, drive continuous improvement, support PIP, and optimize staffing and processes to meet client program needs and site objectives. Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/BA/Associates in a scientific/biomanufacturing discipline with relevant experience.
• Leadership experience of 2+ years is required.
• Clean room, aseptic technique, and lab equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team/shift responsible for Downstream manufacturing of biologics drug substance.
• Provide coaching and development to employees and drive a 'right first time' culture.
• Ensure batch manufacturing readiness and meet production schedules.
