ASI Government is seeking an Engagement Lead (Director) to drive DoW engagements for federal clients. You will lead senior client relationships, shape strategy, and deliver high-impact analyses and executive-ready materials.

The role blends hands-on analysis with team leadership in a fast-paced government consulting environment. You will guide project scope, manage milestones, and coordinate with prime contractors and partners while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred for senior advisory roles.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with ability to develop executive-ready materials.
• Proven excellence in verbal communication, client management, and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead engagements with government leaders, bringing deep client knowledge and strategic insight.
• Design and run executive meetings, workshops, and decision forums with clear, concise messaging.
• Translate analyses into polished client deliverables and executive briefings with strong storytelling.
• Maintain rigorous program management across scope, milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Coach team members and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure seamless client experience.
