The Senior Developer is part of the software development team that builds and maintains enterprise applications in an Agile development environment. Responsibilities include participating in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of various software systems.

What You Will Be Doing: Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and testing of software solutions that address business challenges.
• Participate in the Agile development process, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, retrospectives, and related activities.
• Participate in discussions regarding architecture and the direction of company technology platforms.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications that support business operations.
• Adhere to change management processes to ensure the integrity of the production environment.
• Utilize source code management tools following internal development processes.
• Implement technology best practices established by development and architecture teams.
• Follow and promote technology policies across development teams and end users.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Assign tasks, train, and mentor Junior Developers.
• Lead larger projects and application modules.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence technical direction.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and architectural design skills with experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and advanced debugging and performance optimization techniques.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, and Dependency Injection.
• Experience designing modular, testable, and maintainable enterprise applications using modern architectural patterns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Key Vault, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Advanced Angular and modern front-end development experience, including UI architecture, performance optimization, and API integration.
• Strong SQL, relational database design, query optimization, and enterprise data modeling experience.
• Proficiency with Entity Framework Core and enterprise data access technologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, mentoring, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
