We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of strategic applications that support provider compensation, contracting, credentialing, scheduling, and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical leader with strong problem‑solving skills, deep full‑stack development experience, and a passion for leveraging modern technologies, including Agentic AI, to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, debug, and support enterprise applications for Hospital-Based Shared Services.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and operational teams to understand business challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI and intelligent automation to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and build scalable APIs, web applications, and backend services.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Support data integration, data orchestration, and pipeline development across multiple systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and architectural diagrams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned to business needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.

Requirements
