Job summary

ABS Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical, budget, schedule, and financial execution on multiple DOT-related projects in the Washington, DC area. The role involves client relationship building, requirements gathering, and delivering solutions with a focus on safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience and a Bachelor of Science degree, with 2–4 days per week onsite at the DOT headquarters in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 10+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients at various levels in the government to ensure successful project delivery on multiple contracts.
• Identify requirements, coordinate resources, and communicate decisions to appropriate personnel.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and profit objectives for assigned projects, within contractual requirements.
• Lead negotiations on budgets and project terms for proposals and awards.
• Manage staffing requirements and establish project management files for assigned projects.
• Provide direction and oversight to project staff and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
