Job summary

Daimler Truck North America in Portland, OR seeks a senior DOT compliance operations leader to oversee contract drivers, licensing, and regulatory adherence for DTNA's specialty vehicles. You will interpret FMCSA, DOT, and IFTA rules, manage audits, and coordinate cross‑functional support across manufacturing, procurement, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years in operations/compliance or related field.
• Experience with DOT/FMCSA programs and vehicle compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on FMCSA, DOT, IRP/IFTA, HOS/ELD, and customs regulations.
• Provide enterprise‑level DOT compliance oversight and enforcement support.
• Own licensing/registration programs for apportioned and commercial vehicles.
• Support regulatory reporting and audits across DTNA operations.
• Lead and coordinate accuracy and timeliness of regulatory documentation.
